Damaged/Lost ShipmentsDAMAGED/LOST SHIPMENTS
UPS, Fed-Ex Ground, other package carriers & Prepaid Truck Shipments -when we specify carrier: Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt. All shortages and damages must be called in to Mill Depot at 912-222-2558 or e-mailed to sales@milldepot.com within 7 calendar days. All damaged shipping containers and merchandise must be kept for inspection. Truck Shipment -- you specify carrier: Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt. All damages and shortages must be called in to the trucking company you chose within 7 days. All damaged shipping containers and merchandise must be kept for your trucking company to inspect. At that time you will file a claim with your trucking company.
