Our Return/Exchange Policy

A "Return Merchandise Authorization"(RMA) number is required before anything is shipped back to us. To obtain the RMA number and shipping address please visit milldepot.com and login to "My Account" then "View Orders" you can select the RMA for a specific order/item here.

To send items back to us, items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories and be within 30 days from our shipping date to you.

Upon a complete QA inspection of the returned goods and provided the above requirements have been met we will proceed to complete your request to exchange, replace, credit, or refund your order.
